Dog Days of Summer

Wellness Program Manager Things to Do 102 Comments , , , , , ,

The Dog Days of Summer… that hot, sultry time in late July and August when Sirius, the dog star, is the brightest star in the night sky; hence the name ‘dog days’. The Dog Days are that blitz of summer heat that brings on thoughts of summer’s end, school starting, vacation days that need to be taken, and … scheduling a day at the WaterPark! You could spend a day at the WaterPark for FREE. Enter the drawing for one of three sets of two tickets for Roaring Springs WaterPark in Meridian, Idaho, or if you work in Northern Idaho, a set of two tickets to Silverwood Theme Park. Don’t miss this opportunity to de-stress and chill!

I will spend the last month of summer making a work out routine for myself for the fall..as well as hiking and going to the fair with my family.
